Agree the item

Source and sample
You see a sample before a full order is placed, so the decision is made against the real thing.

Produce the order
The order is produced against the approved sample and checked against it on arrival.

Deliver to each location
Orders are split by destination and delivered site by site, so a store receives its own allocation rather than a share of a pallet.
Stock where it is needed, counted.
Each location is delivered its own allocation and signs for it. You know what reached each site, not just what left the warehouse.
